Fig Juice Powder is a concentrated powder obtained from the fig fruit. This powder is used to make fig juice as well as in flavoring of various sweets or candies. It is a natural product containing no preservatives or additives. This juice powder is derived by leaching the dried figs with water and concentrating the resulting extract under vacuum. It is amber to dark brown in color as well as high in natural monosaccharides, glucose, and fructose.
